Raphael Alejandro us citizen is a US citizen who was born and raised in Southern California. His family moved to the United States when he was 8 years old. Raphael has been painting and drawing his whole life, but it wasn’t until he received a diagnosis of autism at age 14 that he wanted to pursue art as a career.
Raphael’s first solo show in North America was in 2008 at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, CA. The museum exhibited Raphael’s work for two years before selling it off to collectors and galleries across the country.
